📢 Verify Your Landed Property

The Enugu State Geographic Information System (ENGIS) will be conducting a verification exercise for all landed properties (both built-up and empty plots) at the following locations:

1. Ndafine layouts 1, 2 & 3 Emeka Ogbodo
2. Independence layout (Phase III)
3. New Jerusalem city layout
4. Idume layout
5. Zion City layout
6. Lakeside layout

All property owners within these locations are mandated to come to our office (ENGIS) at No 4 Chismoi Ukpaka close, Ebeano Estate, Independence Layout, Enugu with the following:

1. All documents showing proof of ownership of property
2. Evidence of payment for the property & confirmation of receipt by owner
3. Confirmation of payment of ₦100,000 verification fees

This service will last between Monday, April 14th, 2025 and Friday, April 28th, 2025 and we advise that all parties involved should endeavour to keep to this timeline.
