Client’s area as generally known, has a fair power pattern, which obviously like every Nigerian residence has some interruptions thou for few hours compared to other locations in the country.

This would save him the stress of having to put on the generator as an elderly person, coupled with the fueling and the need to buy fuel on daily basis just for those few hours daily interruptions.

It same time would guarantee the fact that he doesn’t need to step out during odd hours cos of power interruption and would also avoid power interruptions in the midnight when the night rest is definitely need after each day’s stress.

So recently we had to salvage an installation for a Farm.

Client already had a 10KVA 96V and eight 12V Batteries with 12V Panels supplied.

The initial installers did a shabby job, asides supplying a fairly used, faulty and improperly repaired 10KVA inverter, which caught fire upon reconnection.
This also coupled with using a 48V Charge Controller on a 96V system, and abandoned the setup after it was an obvious it wouldn’t work.

We had to come thru, replace the inverter system, upgrade the solar power to 300 watts 36V that was looped in series to be able to serve the 96V systems, with a MPPT Charge Controller 60A.

The former batteries are not performing up to par but can still be managed till the client is ready to change them.

There were lots of issues that could only be rectified to a fair state.

Long story short, to avoid situations like this, we advise you deal with a team that prolly can prove their track records or can at least break it down.

While the alternatives might seem slightly cheaper, the stress, disappointment and extra expenses that comes afterwards is usually more than the price cuts.

While there would be some like this our client who wasn’t even trying to go for the cheaper pricing but rather anyone who he initially thought would do the job; kindly let us be your guide, let’s take off the stress of that fear or unforeseen situations off you send us DM or put a call thru.
