The only way to manage building Materials when it comes to building, is to go for what you can afford

The Client of this property was spending effortlessly because he went for what he could Afford to build

If what you want is 5 bedroom duplex but what you can afford to build without stress is 2 bedroom bungalow
I will advise you go for the two bedrooms bungalow

This is the only way to manage Materials

Because trying to compromise standard will affect you at the long Run

It's surprising how Engineers in the West, East and South have made Client believe that you can build a bungalow without Columns

In the north, we have better soil textures, structure e.t.c but still yet we use columns

We even have better building materials

A granite in the north is 190k

But in the south and east, they mostly use 3/8 instead of granite and they will still advise their clients not to use reinforcement

I prefer to be referred to as an expensive Architect than to build a house that will collapse in future

To save building cost, go for what you can afford to build.

I dont listen to secular music but I hear them as I
walk around minding my personal business. But
do you know the one that annoys me most?
'BABA LOKE NA BEG I DEY BEG O, EMI NA FE WA
RANGE O, DANGOTE O LORI MEJI'. I dont even
know what annoys most about the song but I
guess it is the aspect of 'Dangote doesnt have
two heads'. Of course he doesnt but he has one
correct head, one reasonable mind that thinks
critically,that identifies a problem and solves it.
You see the problem with many Youths is that we
just want to make money,now now? Nobody
wants to solve a problem. I'm sure when Dangote
was like us he wasnt as thoughtless as most
today's youths. I'm sure he didnt(and still
doesnt) like the word sleep. I'm sure he was not
busy running after football clubs all day and he
wasnt walking around with guys that behave like
they've eaten chicken legs. He had eyes that
could catch a dream,a reason for living.
Hey, how many people do you know that solve a
problem and remain broke? Enough of all this
lazy and greedy mentality. Look inside,look
around and use what God has put in you to solve
a problem, remember 'He has given us all that
pertains to life and godliness'. We are here in
Nigeria today because many of our leaders didnt
go into leadership to solve problems but to make
money. Money run after people that solve problems. Don't study
medicine,law,ph
ysiology,yoruba etc to make money,study to solve
a problem. The money we're running after has not
been able to solve our problems and our nation is
not developing because we end up sending the
money abroad to buy solutions we fail to use our
mind to create.
No intelligent man celebrates another man for
making money but for making impacts. We
remember some people today,years after they had
gone,not for the money they made but for the
impacts.
Keep roaming the streets singing 'Dangote o' Lori Meji '.
While there is an opportunity here for you to think straight and
make money
