In Lagos State, proper planning and permits are essential for every property developer! 🏗️ Under the Lagos State Urban and Regional Planning Law, it's crucial to obtain a Planning Permit from the Lagos State Physical Planning Permit Authority before starting construction.

Great news for property owners and developers in Lagos State! 🌆 The government has announced a 90-day amnesty period (May 2 - July 30, 2024) allowing those with completed structures lacking Planning Permits to regularize their permits without penalties.

During this period, visit the Authority's district office corresponding to your property's location. Submit your documents there and to the Electronic Planning Permit (EPP) office at the Authority's headquarters.

Act fast! Pay assessed fees within 10 business days of issuance to receive a 5% discount on your Planning Permit.
