Cutting corners in construction is far more expensive than doing things the right way. I know of a developer who lost his life in the same property he was building to sell, the building collapsed on his head and also took the lives of other few people. Just imagine such a great loss, all because professionals were not properly engaged, the right procedures were not followed, and the building was not done according to standards and codes. I honestly do not feel sorry about such situations.
