Musa Abdullahi, a 42-year-old father of three from Kaduna, used to be a security guard at a private school. The pay wasn’t great—₦25,000 a month—and with rising food prices and school fees, it became harder to survive.

Today, Musa earns ₦90,000–₦150,000 weekly, depending on how many trips he accepts. He’s no longer a security guard—he works for himself, has flexible hours, and is home in time to help his kids with homework.
