WHY SEA STAR SOLAR ACADEMY?

Every day, we see young people with dreams, strength and the willingness to work, yet many have little or no access to the opportunity to learn a skill and build a career.

Some are from less privileged backgrounds. Some have lost their parents. Some have dropped out of school. Some are simply struggling to find a way forward.

We believe that poverty should not be the end of a young person's story.

Sometimes, what a person needs is not charity for one day, but an opportunity to learn a skill that can help them build a future.

That belief is why we are creating SEA STAR SOLAR ACADEMY.

Our mission is to provide free practical training to selected young Nigerians from less privileged backgrounds, equipping them with skills in:

Our first Pioneer Cohort begins 12 September 2026 as a weekend programme, with selected lessons delivered online.

We are starting small. We already have our first students and a team of professionals ready to teach.

But this is only the beginning.

We want to build an Academy that doesn't just teach young people how to install solar systems, but gives them the knowledge, confidence and opportunity to build a livelihood.
