*Prepare modern Architecture with the aid of computer software based on brief given.
*Prepare comprehensive Bill of Quantity based on the working drawings.
*Co-ordinate activities in Building construction, quality assurance and strategic planning
*Liaise with client on technical issue and progress of work at site.
*Interpret the technicality of the DESIGN to the workers in order to ensure quality of finished task
*Ensuring compliance to the standard of Building Regulation Body

Think of a building like a human body.
If water enters your body and has nowhere to go, what happens?
You get sick.
The same thing happens to buildings.

What really happens when drainage is poor?

Rainwater always looks for somewhere to go.
When there is no proper drainage, water:

• Stays around the wall
• Builds pressure underground
• Weakens the foundation slowly
• Causes cracks you can’t see at first

Over time, that small hidden water problem becomes:
❌ Wall cracks
❌ Damp rooms
❌ Mold
❌ Structural damage
And by the time it shows on the surface, the damage is already serious.

Why walls fail because of drainage

Many people think walls fail because:
