3. BUYER’S INSPECTION TEAM MEMBER & VESSEL CAPTAIN RELEASE SIGNED ATTESTATION AND INSPECTOR COMES DOWN WITH SAMPLE FOR Q&Q.

4. UPON SUCCESSFUL VESSEL MASTER’S ATTESTATION REPORT ISSUED, BUYER SHALL INSTRUCT ITS BANK TO IMMEDIATELY MAKE A PAYMENT OF N350,000,000.00 (THREE HUNDRED AND FIFTY MILLION NAIRA ONLY) FOR DOCUMENTATION. AND LOGISTICS.

5. UPON RESULT OF QNQ, BUYER SHALL WITH IN 48 HOURS PAY THE BALANCE OF TOTAL CARGO LESS ₦350,000,000.00 VIA MT103 OF BANK WIRE TRANSFER AND PAY COMMISSION TO ALL FACILITATORS.

6. SELLER INTRODUCES BUYER TO VESSEL HANDLERS seller issues commercial invoice and full cargo documents in Buyer’s name and Buyer’s Bank. Buyer makes full payment less the logistics and the CCC which has turned to cash, by Swift Wire Transfer MT103 to seller nominated account less all logistic searlier advance.

7. Seller introducesBuyertovesselhandler’sforre-charter of vessel and sails to buyer’s port of discharge at Buyers expense while the Seller pays all agents as per contract.-

8. Buyer take over the vessel.
