Isaac Kanu Stephen is a highly experienced Nigerian civil engineer and project manager with over 12 years in the construction industry. He holds an HND and a BEng in Civil Engineering from Yaba College of Technology and the Federal University of Oye-Ekiti, respectively. As the CEO of Kurstruct Integrated Services Limited, founded in 2018, he has successfully delivered a wide range of projects across more than eight Nigerian states and the Benin Republic, covering building construction, interior design, waterproofing, and concrete repair.

His notable achievements include supervising the construction of a 70,000 cubic metre sludge tank for Nigerian Breweries in Ijebu Ode, a ten-story building in Lekki, nine units of five-bedroom duplexes in Asokoro, and twenty two-bedroom flats in Bwari, Abuja. He is currently the Resident Engineer for the 100,000-capacity Ark Legacy Project—one of Nigeria’s largest auditorium developments.

Stephen is a Chartered Project Manager, Chartered Procurement Manager, and a Six Sigma black belt. He is also a member of respected professional bodies including the Green Building Council of Nigeria, Nigeria Association of Technologists in Engineering, and the World Safety Organization.

He has collaborated with prominent clients such as Qatar Airways, Chivita, Parallex Microfinance Bank, and Lucky Stationary Nig. Ltd.
