what might be that cause of this peeling, since the wall look dry.

best solution???

Dear Homeowners and Building Engineers,
A costly mistake in wall finishing that should not be ignored!
At a recent site, my team and I encountered severe paint peeling that was not caused by moisture or rising damp.
Upon inspection, we discovered that a cement slurry (cement mixed with water) had been applied to the wall after plastering, without any adhesive.
Perhaps this was done to reduce the cost of skimming while achieving a smooth finish. Unfortunately, the result was disastrous.
The problems with this practice include:
Poor adhesion.
Cracking and shrinkage.
Deterioration of the wall finish.
Dust formation that weakens the bond between the paint and the wall, eventually causing surface bulging and massive peeling.
My advice: It is better to leave a properly plastered wall unskimmed than to apply a poorly formulated cement slurry in the name of skimming.
Homeowners and building engineers should insist on properly formulated wall putty and correct application procedures to ensure a durable finish.
Remember, the goal is not just to achieve a smooth wall but to achieve a finish that lasts.

You may want to rush it,
Take the pay and go your way,

But to deliver a great finish, you must calm down, don't be in a haste, focus more on the outcome , rather than just the income....

Enjoy your weekend guys

if there is a perfect quality wall skimming, why should we prime ?

Is it a waste of resources ?

Is there a noticeable difference between a primed and primed surface after painting?

may we have a productive week ahead
