Simple. Helpful.
But also incomplete if taken at face value.
Yes: ✔ Clay can swell

For a proper cantilever beam:
✔ Adequate top reinforcement (main bars) to resist tension
✔ Proper anchorage length into the support (very critical)
✔ Correct beam depth and thickness
✔ Strong and stable formwork & propping before casting
✔ Use of quality materials and proper mix ratio
✔ Supervision by a qualified engineer
👉 Not: “2 guys + 1 stick = structural support” 😅

Concrete doesn’t dry… it cures.
What you see on the surface can be misleading. That “dry” look doesn’t mean the concrete is ready—it means the real work is still happening inside.
Concrete gains strength through proper curing. When moisture is maintained, strength increases. When it dries too fast, cracks, weak concrete, and poor durability follow.

✔ Burglary-proof windows are a must
✔ Poor planning = easy entry through ceilings and weak نقاط

• Use 9-inch blocks for external walls

• Ensure proper plaster thickness (15–20mm)
