Office of architecture in Amsterdam. The office consists of the two partners, Alondra Paz Vargas and Johan Selbing.

Studio Selva is a young architecture office with experience in projects of very different scales and program, from housing areas to interior renovations, urban furniture, bridges and villa’s. Their designs often deal with sustainability, material experiments, contextual analysis and involvement from conceptual stage to project completion.

Back from ! 🇮🇹

Huge thanks to for hosting us in Milan and introducing us to their collection at Palazzo Litta—inspired by Theodorico Napolitano’s art. The taps, displayed on Daniele Robbiati’s Liquid Collection table, transformed raw metal into fluid surfaces: a play of reactions, oxidation, and time.

This renovation is a reinterpreted retro style defined by a sophisticated blend of textures and bold colour accents. The project is tied together by a sustainable Fusion poured floor, which provides a neutral background with a subtle marble effect. Key material choices include glass block partitions, long cabinets surfaced in oak veneer, and a sleek RVS kitchen island. The cabinet niche in Hague Blue N30 and switches in Oranje Vif from the Le Corbusier palette give striking color accents. Finally, the bathroom features tiles (colour: Flos and Ice) complemented by sophisticated Japanese tiles in navy blue that add a handcrafted feeling.
