🥒 Courgettes in olive oil

Ingredients
* 2 courgettes, sliced
* Olive oil
* Garlic, sliced
* Salt, pepper and herbs (such as oregano or thyme)

Method
1. Toss the courgette slices with olive oil, salt, pepper and herbs.
2. Bake on a tray at 220°C for 15–20 minutes.
3. Place the warm courgettes and sliced garlic in a clean jar.
4. Pour in olive oil until the courgettes are completely covered.

As the garden changes, the harvest doesn’t have to end with summer.

Carrots, potatoes, apples and jars filled with the last tastes of the season. The Groundfridge gives them a naturally cool place to wait until you’re ready to enjoy them.

While the garden slows down, there’s still plenty to look forward to. 🌱

It’s the moment to look around the garden and think about what you’d like to keep for later.
Some things are eaten now.

Others go into jars, baskets and the Groundfridge, ready for the weeks ahead.

There is something special about this time of year.

The garden is changing, but there is still so much to bring in.

A Groundfridge can become a little collection of everything you grow, make and save.

Vegetables from the garden. Jars you’ve prepared yourself. A bottle or two for later. And probably something you forgot you had until you went looking for it. 😉

What would be on your Groundfridge shelves?
