I closed 110 AZN = 55$ in sales this week, when average salary in my country is roughly 300 AZN. Those were commissions additional to the base salary. It is always important to note that FollowUp increases customer retention and oftentimes prospecting bring more customers than you could ever image. Always be selling :)

If I would have Warren Buffet's eye in my skull a lot of things would change. I would be able to turn any 100$ into 10000$ within weeks, I would be able to predict the movement of stocks based on news, and more importantly I would be able to build business relationships in nonexistent places. I need Warren Buffet's eye. But I am too old already to go through the same path, and if I would have walked his path it might have not led to the same results.

I've been involved with trading cryptocurrency, and I encountered 6000$ losses from my personal capital. Losing is kinda learning, but I don't think it is a nice way to learn.

As a CEO your primary responsibility is reducing the labor costs and maintaining the good atmosphere in the team by enhancing the goodwill of the company in general.
