VERTIKALTEKNIKK ENK – Experienced Rope Access & Climbing Contractors Wanted

Vertikalteknikk ENK is expanding our network of qualified climbers and rope technicians for projects across Norway, Sweden, and internationally.
We’re seeking experienced ENK contractors for fjellsikring, offshore, and advanced tree work.

We Offer
• 700 to 800 NOK/hour (incl. MVA)
• Flexible and part-time project work
• Professional coordination, fair work standards
• Union members encouraged to apply

Requirements
• Proven climbing experience (tree work, rope access, or geotechnical)
• Valid certifications (NPTC, IRATA, FSE, or equivalent)
• English or Norwegian proficiency
• Norwegian or EU work eligibility
• Driving licence preferred
• Reliable, safety-focused, and professional

Equipment & Work Conditions
• Contractors must have their own basic PPE, climbing kit, ropes, and an STS drill
• Insurance required for personal and professional liability (proof must be provided)
• Reasonable use of consumables (fuel, drill bits, anchors, etc.) will be refunded
• Additional equipment or site-specific tools may be provided depending on the project
