We are proud to showcase the Kopi Tapin coffee the first officially recognized GEOfood product of the Meratus Geopark Bpgm from Indonesia 🇮🇩 Borneo!

Cultivated in Asam Randah Village, Tapin Regency, this Robusta and Liberica coffee thrives on mineral-rich soils at 200–250 meters above sea level, creating a coffee with a distinctive aroma and character that reflects the unique geology of the Meratus Mountains.

Developed by the Baru Muncul Farmer Group under the leadership of Hartanto since 2019, Berkah Kopi Tapin demonstrates how sustainable agriculture can generate lasting benefits for local communities.

Environmentally responsible practices—including recycling coffee husks and spent coffee grounds into organic compost—help maintain soil fertility, reduce waste, and support a circular production system.

Every cup is a taste of Meratus—a landscape shaped over millions of years and nurtured by generations of local communities.

Rooted in the heart of the Burren, Burren Wagyu combines exceptional full-blood Japanese Wagyu genetics with the region's ancient farming traditions.

Their cattle are reared using the Burren's unique winterage system, where livestock graze the limestone hills during winter, supporting both biodiversity and the preservation of this remarkable landscape.

The GEOfood member from Geopark Grevena-Kozani Greece 🇬🇷 the “Grevena” Honey received the highest gastronomy honors this past year, with the Great Taste Awards and Mediterranean Taste Awards London (Excellent Taste) awarded respectively with their stars and with a Gold and Silver Award for quality.

The three (3) stars constitute the highest distinction which can be awarded. Grevena Honey will participate in the final of the Great Taste Awards as one of the 2 entries from Greece among 240 that qualified for the final among 14000 samples that participated worldwide.
