Vi avslutter 2022 med den gode nyheten om at vi i samarbeid med Rintala Eggertsson Architects skal utvikle unike sauna og badeopplevelser med en av verdens største selskaper innen spa og velvære, Therme Group, på deres Therme Bucuresti.

I tillegg skal vi være med å utvikle flere spennende prosjekter rundt om i Norge.

Vi ser frem mot et spennende, lærerikt og produktivt 2023!

The simple act of bathing can be a wonderful experience, a physical and ritual cleansing. It is our mission to share this experience with others. Our land based and floating ARK baths are inspired by our own Nordic cultural heritage, as well as the Japanese and Turkish bathing traditions.

In all cultures, and at all times, bathing has been about cleansing oneself, bodily as well as spiritually. In the rough and cold climate of Norway, Finland and Russia, people have come together in bath houses, saunas and banjas. In Japan, the sacred bath, the Onsen, has provided tranquility and healing since ancient times. The “Heitur Pottir”, the warm springs of Iceland, are treasured meeting spots, and in Arabic countries people gather in beautiful, steamy Hammams. We harness elements from the various bathing cultures, and adapt them to the environment and the raw materials found here in the North. This alchemical process brings about some new and exciting solutions.

We care about unity, moods, and sensory qualities, using all of our senses whilst spending time in nature as well as with architecture. That is why we offer our clients a variety of add-ons to the project: to create the unique mood you are after. This selection of additions is under continuous development, but today we can offer flower boxes, both outdoor and indoor mood lighting, integrated speakers, outdoor power outlet, outdoor and indoor shower, toilet system, and outdoor or indoor hot tub with heating and cleaning system. The possibilities are endless, and we are always open to new suggestions.

Through many years of working with architectural, artistic and cultural projects, our qualifications are solid, both when it comes to the start up process, and the daily running of the business. We are realistic, curious, creative and innovative.

We are currently developing a new set of designs in the ARK family of products and bathing experiences that will launch in 2023. These products will be made available for both private and public customers and consists of both small mobile saunas and compact bathing houses. Stay tuned for more to come.

Our diving tower project at HAVET in Trondheim is done and already put to good use by visitors of all ages! The Bathing & Dive Fleet has two changing rooms, a diving tower with two levels; 3 meters and 5,5 meters and a hangout area with a pergola covered seating and table that fits up to 20 people. This is a project that shows how public space in harbor cities could and should extend into the water by utilizing floating structures.

We are very pleased with the end result and would again thank our good suppliers and partners Talgø, NOFI AS, Würth Norge As, Amundsen Sveiseverksted, Safestep, Sorlaminering As, and of course our builder Boligprosjekt Partner.
