Vel overstått høringsperiode for Nye Oslo S!

I dag er siste dag for høringsperioden for Nye Oslo S. Tusen hjertelig takk til alle som har engasjert seg!

Seks uker har sust forbi, og vi er utrolig glade for hvor bred og konstruktiv samtalen har vært. Mange har ment mye om høyhuset. Flere har løftet frem viktigheten av et velfungerende Oslo S. Og mange gleder seg over at både stasjonen og Christian Frederiks plass endelig skal oppgraderes.

Takk til alle som har vært innom Dialogperrongen og arrangementene – og til alle som har delt meninger og erfaringer i paneler, kronikker og på sosiale medier. Alle som har spilt inn direkte til PBE og de over 2000 personene som har svart på spørreundersøkelsen.

Vi har lært mye gjennom høringsperioden og ser frem til å la alt synke inn over sommeren. Etter høringsperioden står det helt tydelig for oss at dette prosjektet betyr noe: Oslo S er et sted som er viktig for veldig mange, og et bedre Oslo S er viktig for Oslo som by – for alle som bor og jobber her, og alle som besøker hovedstaden.
Utover høsten vil vi gå grundig gjennom alle innspill, fortsette dialogen gjennom arrangementer og digitale kanaler, og justere planforslaget før det sendes til politisk behandling. Det endelige forslaget sendes inn samlet med alle innspill og en redegjørelse for hvilke som er tatt med videre og hvilke som ikke er det. Vi ser frem til å dele mer om dette.

Vi er trygge på at det endelige forslaget vil være sterkere etter denne høringsperioden. Med så mange gode innspill i ryggen er vi sikre på at vi vil levere et forslag som er riktig for sentralstasjonen – og som vil bringe stor verdi til Oslo for de neste 150 årene.

For nå: Tusen takk igjen. Vi håper du vil fortsette å engasjere deg i prosjektet. Arbeidet med Nye Oslo S har bare så vidt begynt.

En stor takk rettes også fra oss i Bane NOR Eiendom til prosjektgruppen Reiulf Ramstad Arkitekter, SLA, Sweco Architects, Civitas og Natural State, samt alle andre fagmiljøer som har vært involvert i utviklingen av planforslaget Nye Oslo S. Vi ser frem til fortsettelsen.

Reiulf Ramstad Arkitekter won the competition to design Sparebanken Norge’s new headquarters in Kristiansand🍀

Reiulf Ramstad har vunnet arkitektkonkurransen om å tegne Sparebanken Norges nye hovedkontor i Kristiansand.

Reiulf Ramstad Arkitekter has been working on the development of the Søndre Tåsen gård project since 2017, with the ambition of creating a project of high architectural quality. The vision is to establish a vibrant and sustainable residential environment, well integrated into the surrounding urban fabric.

Søndre Tåsen gård will become a high-quality development, offering as many people as possible the opportunity to live in a diverse and inspiring area, with generous outdoor spaces of both public and private character. The project will provide an innovative residential and urban environment with varied housing types, focusing on shared solutions, sustainability, and green mobility.

The development features a varied composition of heights, scales, and materials. Some buildings will have a more urban character, combining brick and timber, while others reinterpret the colorful wooden houses that have historically defined Tåsen.

Reiulf Ramstad Arkitekter envisions a lush Tåsen emerging — a distinct neighborhood within Nordre Aker, with life between buildings, sunlit outdoor spaces, generous green areas, and urban squares, connected by safe pathways and inviting places to stay.

As we return from the Easter break, Reiulf Ramstad Arkitekter enters a new chapter. Behind the economically focused headlines lies a deliberate professional and forward-looking decision about how we want to develop RRA going forward.

As of April 1, the process has been formalized, and we now continue as part of VerkaCollective – an important and exciting step that builds on who we are, while opening up new opportunities for us as an architectural practice.

Over the past 30 years, we have developed RRA into a professionally and financially strong practice, built on clear choices, long-term direction, and focused development. This is the strength and experience we now bring into a larger European community.

For us, this means an expanded scope for collaboration, the ability to take on larger and more complex projects, and new arenas in which to contribute to the development of the discipline. At the same time, we remain firmly grounded in our own identity and expertise.

As part of VerkaCollective, we gain the opportunity to think bigger, share knowledge across borders, and fully utilize the breadth of our environment. We also see the potential for architecture as a discipline to gain a stronger position through such a collective platform.

Oslo is our point of departure and our origin – in our people, clients, and collaborators. It is essential for us to maintain and further develop our presence here as a strong professional environment.

In Denmark, we will continue to build a stronger presence around our Copenhagen office, in collaboration with other VerkaCollective practices and as a stepping stone for European collaborations and developments.

We look forward to what lies ahead.
