rk in sustainable innovation, for the construction industry, using business ethnographic methods, at OsloMet University in Oslo, works with John Todd of Todd Ecological and Aqua Naturae A/S in Norway on designing and helping to construct Nature Based Solutions and perform research and publish in the field of the built environment. I continue to publish within the fields of built environment research and the general area of the design of Nature Based Solutions. My particular interests in these fields has to do with, first, reformulating the relationship between craftspersons and designers/engineers for enhanced collaboration, cooperation, more conviviality, better quality constructions and the efficacious transfer of skills and the sense of building phronesis within the Design Participation Team, and secondly innovating the skills and design knowledge necessary for housing design and living in housing for human flourishing, sustainable lifeways and to reduce the carbon footprint of life.
