Position: Architect
Company: Spark Construction Pvt. Ltd.
Location: Ravibhawan-14, Kathmandu
Spark Construction Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Architect to join our dynamic team. We are looking for a professional who is passionate about design, detail-oriented, and capable of handling projects from concept to completion.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare architectural designs, drawings, and plans
Coordinate with clients, engineers, and project teams
Ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations
Conduct site visits and supervise project progress
Manage project timelines and deliverables
Requirements:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture
Minimum 3–5 years of relevant work experience
Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, or similar design software
Strong understanding of construction methods and materials
Excellent communication and project management skills
