A mixed-use apartment building in Baneshwor Heights designed as a calm presence within a dense residential neighborhood. The building balances residential life above with commercial activity at ground level, shaping a well-planned footprint of 18,800 sq ft into a thoughtful urban address.
The architecture finds its strength in form and detail rather than relying on bold contrasts. Soft, continuous curves wrap the structure, allowing each street edge and viewing angle to reveal a slightly different character. A textured plaster facade becomes the backdrop for layered balconies, greenery, wooden accents, and subtle detailing. These elements in design soften the scale, invite the street and gently break the rigidity of the surrounding context. From every side, the building remains humble and coherent, yet quietly distinct, contributing to the neighborhood without overpowering it.
More details and designs to come.
