Just moments from the Statue of Unity, Vivanta Ektanagar draws gently from Gujarat’s cultural textures while keeping the architecture clean and contemporary. Guests move from a welcoming reception and park-facing restaurant to a shaded pool deck, banquet spaces, and easy, comfortable suites. Local materials and patterns bring a quiet sense of Gujarat into the spaces.

Set against the misty slopes of Fagu, dusitD2 marks the brand’s debut in India with interiors that balance Thai sensibility and Himalayan calm. Warm woods, layered textures, and soft natural light shape guest rooms, corridors, dining spaces, and a wellness zone designed for quiet indulgence in the hills.

Bathed in natural light, the interiors at Heliopolis in Udine, Italy are defined by warm woods, textured stone, and expansive glazing that frames views of the surrounding landscape. The living and dining spaces extend directly onto spacious terraces, while the bedrooms and carefully detailed baths maintain a calm, contemporary language across each residence and the exclusive penthouse above.

Our design for the KayanJet FBO Terminal at Robert Llewellyn Bradshaw International Airport at St. Kitts & Nevis has earned its place among the best private airports in the world by Robb Report. We replaced the typical sterile terminal with a 50,000 sq. ft. sanctuary that mirrors the island’s elite resort culture. By blending hurricane-proof engineering with airside sun-loungers and bespoke social spaces, we’ve redefined the entry point to the Caribbean. It is about proving that infrastructure can be both high-functioning and incredibly soulful.

The horizon is the only boundary at this 5 Star hotel in Al Marjan Island, U.A.E., a 1,25,000 sq. ft. coastal escape where every room faces the Persian Gulf. We sculpted the building to recede as it rises, naturally carving out larger private decks for the upper suites to catch the sea breeze. From the high-energy pool deck at the podium to the exclusive rooftop party lounge, the architecture is designed to transition seamlessly from a quiet retreat to the city’s most vibrant social hub.

The scenic banks of the Paro River dictate the design narrative for this 60,000 sq. ft. sanctuary, situated just minutes from the international airport. Clean-lined spaces built with slate, granite, and wood echo the local language, while subtle cultural details ground the interiors in Bhutanese tradition. With the pool and dining areas opening toward the water through wide glass walls, the landscape becomes part of everyday life inside Le Méridien Paro, Riverfront.
