In times of crisis, standing with our communities is our highest responsibility. Chitwan Co-E Group, through its subsidiaries Manakamana Cablecar and Chitawon Milk Ltd., has contributed NPR 1.5 Crore to the Prime Minister’s Disaster Relief Fund through Finanace Minister Dr. Swarnim Wagle.

Our thoughts are with the families impacted by the recent floods in Rasuwa and Nuwakot. We remain committed to supporting ongoing rescue, relief, and long-term rebuilding efforts.

Honoured to contribute to the construction of main entrance gate of Bindabasini Temple, Pokhara—a long-cherished commitment of our Founder, Late Laxman Babu Shrestha, now realised after over a decade and a half.

The foundation was laid by Group Director Rajesh Babu Shrestha, carrying forward his father’s vision.

Directors of Sagarmatha Power Co. (P) Ltd., Mr. Roshan Shrestha and Mr. Rajesh Babu Shrestha, thanked him for his valuable contributions and welcomed Mr. Wang, the new Managing Director deputed by PowerChina.

PowerChina and Sagarmatha Power Co. (P) Ltd. are the shareholders of SSPC, which owns and operates the 50 MW Upper Marsyangdi ‘A’ Hydropower Project.

Today marks 12 years since our beloved founding chairman of the group & the pioneer of cable car in Nepal, Shri Laxman Babu Shrestha, left for his heavenly abode. We pay our heartfelt tribute and respect in honor of his eternal peace and are glad the group is growing as per his vision, path & guidance. And we dedicate the recently opened another group subsidiary Manakamana Hillcrest Resort as a tribute to him , one of his unfinished cherished dream and, we are proud to have fulfilled. 🙏🙏🙏

The entire group is celebrating the 27th Anniversary of our subsidiary Manakamana Cable Car and stepping into the 28th year of quality service, with customer satisfaction and safety as our core focus.
