Ltd – a private housing development company working with the motto of ‘Affordable Housing for Social Harmony’.Sewa Pvt.Ltd realized the housing need of majority of people falling within the lower middle income (LMI) group has not been significantly addressed so far, and felt a need for positive and pro-active intervention measures to rectify the housing situation in the urban housing sector. The c

urrent rate of urban growth creates both a need and demand of housing units, particularly for the LMI households. Ltd currently has projects in 3 cities, namely: Itahari, Kohalpur and Biratnagar in Nepal. The projects provide quality, affordable houses and build resilient and socially inclusive communities. All the housing units are designed taking into account cultural, environmental friendly design and construction. All housing units are designed together with the community to ensure their current and future needs are addressed. All families participating in the projects will have access to water and sanitation, and electricity. Green open spaces in the settlements provide recreational areas for residents and enhance the beauty and environmental quality of neighborhoods. Connection between the greens and the houses- will make great place to live.
