The machine has dynamically balanced knife roller. In OPENING AND CLOSING OF MACHINE, the rack piston, by engaging the bar driving the main shaft, increases the speed of the rubber cylinder movement which reduces the dead time considerably and we can also regulate the opening and closing speed of the feeding cylinder so that when it is nearing the contact point, a very smooth touch is assured with the blade cylinder which also prevents the leather from getting damaged. Machine completely covered, no drive parts exposed.
