Architectural Designer – Design & Visualization

At ARC, we don’t just draft—we design, explore, and visualize architecture.
We are looking for a creative designer who can transform ideas into compelling spatial experiences through strong concept development and high-quality visualization.

Your Role:

• Develop architectural concepts and design ideas
• Create high-quality 3D models and renderings
• Prepare presentation drawings & visual narratives
• Explore materials, lighting, and spatial experience
• Collaborate on design development across projects

What We’re Looking For:

• Proficiency in SketchUp / Rhino / Revit
• Experience with Lumion / V-Ray / Enscape / Twinmotion
• Strong command of Photoshop / Illustrator
• Excellent design sense (form, composition, lighting)
• 3-5 years experience preferred
• Portfolio showcasing concept + visualization is mandatory

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Structural Engineer to join our team and work on diverse architectural & engineering projects.

What you’ll do:
• Structural analysis & design of buildings
• Prepare structural drawings & reports
• Coordinate with architects and site teams
• Ensure safety, stability, and code compliance
• Conduct site visits & site meetings
• Monitor construction progress & ensure structural integrity
• Check construction quality and ensure compliance with drawings & standards

What we’re looking for:
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil/Master’s degree in Structural Engineering
• 5-10 years of experience (preferred)

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Civil Engineer with strong expertise in Pre-Engineered Buildings (PEB) and steel structure buildings to lead and manage construction projects from planning through ex*****on. The role involves overseeing design coordination, site ex*****on, resource planning, and quality control to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with applicable technical standards and codes.
The Senior Civil Engineer will be responsible for coordinating with consultants, contractors, and internal teams, reviewing structural drawings and shop drawings, and ensuring that all PEB and steel structure works meet project specifications, safety requirements, and quality expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and supervise PEB / steel structure building projects
Manage project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation
Coordinate structural design, shop drawings, and detailing
Monitor site ex*****on, quality control, and safety compliance
Ensure adherence to engineering standards, codes, and project specifications
Coordinate with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to resolve technical issues.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (Master’s preferred)
Minimum 5 years of experience in PEB and steel structure building projects
Strong knowledge of structural drawings, detailing, and relevant codes
Proven project management and coordination skills
Ability to lead teams and manage multiple project activities effectively
