कन्क्रिट हाल्नु अघि र पछि Formwork जाँच नगर्दा संरचनामा गम्भीर समस्या आउन सक्छ।

🔍 Before Concrete Placement (कन्क्रिट हाल्नु अघि):

* Alignment, verticality र level सही छ कि छैन जाँच गर्नुपर्छ
* Joints tight छन् कि छैन (leakage रोक्न)
* पर्याप्त support र bracing छ कि छैन
* Cover blocks र reinforcement position ठीक छ कि छैन

⚠️ After Concrete Placement (कन्क्रिट पछि):

* Honeycombing, laitance, segregation भएको छ कि छैन
* Surface finishing र dimensional accuracy check
* Formwork हटाउँदा damage भएको छ कि छैन

🛠️ Repairing Techniques:

* Honeycomb Repair: Non-shrink grout / micro-concrete प्रयोग
* Surface Defects: Cement mortar वा polymer modified repair
* Cracks: Epoxy injection वा sealing
* Alignment Issue: Grinding / chipping + पुनः plastering
