Recruitment - Rigger assistants

Meanwhile, we need rigger assistants to join our team as well.

What you’ll need to succeed:

Honest, reliable, hardworking with a 'can do' attitude and willing to learn
You will be assisting safety net riggers on construction sites.
You should ideally have careful mind with tools and equipment
be physically fit, be strong with great attendance. Height
Be able to work at height
Adhere to the rules of health and safety
Training will be provided so you do not have to come with relevant work experience.
Starting work immediately.
Full NZ Driver Licence
Hold a valid work visa (NZ citizenship or permanent resident visa holder is preferable)

This role will include, but not limited to:

Load and unloading materials
General site clean ups and assistance
Ensures work area is safe, clean and organized, and that equipment is safe to operate
Assisting with setting up and repair safety nets
Cleaning construction sites, tools and equipment

Due to a high level of current workload, we are looking for safety net riggers to join our team. We are constantly recruiting for the best.

What you’ll need to succeed:

Honest, reliable, hardworking with a 'can do' attitude and willing tolearn
Attention to detail and able to see projects through tocompletion
Good communication and coordination skills and adaptability
With a qualification of Construction management or relevantmajor
At least 3-year experience in the construction/building industry in NZ, experience related to safety net rigging is preferred but not compulsory
Strong programming ability, organizational and time managementskills
Full NZ Driver Licence
Hold a valid work visa (NZ citizenship or permanent resident visa holder is preferable)

The role will include, but not limited to:

Management of the assigned projects, site visits and close monitoring of all processes in order to ensure high quality of work is done on time and within budget
Manage a small team and assign tasks to the team members
Statistics and management of company site tools
Coordination of site management and office work
Liaising with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, inspectors & other related parties
Ensuring proper health & safety standards are adheredto
Ensuring quality control and compliance with the NZ regulations
Check and verify the work done by team members; Developing and implement corporate performance appraisal
Organize team activities of the company
