It's been a while since we have posted anything! We've been busy building a house which was received Code of Compliance today. Below are some photos of the house and a glowing testimony from the clients.

Angus built our SIPs panel home and project-managed the entire build, and we can say, hand on heart, he was absolutely the best decision we made.
A perfectionist to his core, Angus approaches everything with razor-sharp attention to detail, clear communication, and a work ethic that honestly left us speechless.
He’s reliable to the point of mythical, unfailingly honest, and somehow managed to save us money without ever compromising on quality.
Rain, snow, wind, blistering sun — Angus and his team just kept showing up, grafting harder than anyone should legally be allowed to, and making sure every inch of the house met his own sky-high standards.
Alongside him, Dave (his brilliant apprentice) proved himself to be just as dedicated, talented, and kind.
And Ellie, the site manager, undisputed queen of quality control, oversaw the build with silent authority and a strong tail game.
Through the build process we followed Angus’s trade recommendations — and every one delivered beyond expectation.
We genuinely can’t imagine going through this process without Angus and his team. If you're lucky enough to book Formation Builders before word gets out — DO IT. Just don’t blame us when there’s a decade long waitlist.
