Another deck completed. This deck was built on screw piles so the clients can easily remove it in the future if they need to.

The client wanted access off their deck but also somewhere to sit and enjoy the view. So we built stairs with slightly higher treads to allow for sitting and walking up and down.

Minimum 2 years experience.
Must be self motivated, reliable and have a good eye for detail.
Must be able to understand the basics of building, read plans and able to run jobs when needed.
Must have own tools, reliable transport and full drivers license.

Started this renovation on this 1940s house that got moved on in 1996. This is a big house but with lots of small rooms so the plan is to open it up and still keep its character. We are also renovating a bathroom aswell which is going to look awesome when it is all complete.

With this bathroom reno we had a small window to get in and out and we were able to achieve that with no worries at all.
The clients wanted to upgrade this small bathroom and add a new shower over the bath and a new vanity but with such a long wait time in vanitys at the moment the plumber Burt Plumbing Solutions suggested we make a custom floating macrocarpa vanity top with bowl and a floating shelf. I'm very pleased with how this bathroom turned out

The owner of this property got in someone to fix her rotten posts. This resulted in bracing the rotten posts to rotten posts🥶. So the owner gave us a call and within a day, we removed all the rotten posts and installed brand new laminated posts with stainless steel fixings. Don't get in handymen to do a builders job. For a qualified and licensed builder give us a call.
