A good flow for Three Waters projects
“It has been a busy and productive twelve months for Hurunui District Council with a big focus on Three Waters infrastructure and assets.
During the last financial year which finished on June 30 2021, a number of projects across the District were completed to upgrade or build new drinking water, storm water and wastewater services.
From laying 50km of new drinking water pipes across high country areas, to installing new reservoir tanks for drinking water, to putting in new sewer chamber security gates at treatment plants to reduce safety concerns, Chief Operations Officer at HDC Dan Harris said there is continually a large focus on delivering safe and efficient Three Waters services….”
