Welcome to our 3rd *Meet the Team* series!

This week is all about our Young Star - Cole Featherstone 👋
With just over 2+ years in the building industry, Cole has found his passion.
From taking a trades class at school in yr 12 he has since continued his love for building and is now in an Apprentice role with Bromac Construction Ltd.

Fun facts:
What is your favourite part of the job? - "Having to think creatively and all the architecture that goes into it ."

☕ Coffee or Energy Drink? -"Mango loco Monster Energy."

🛠️ Favourite tool? - "Work Radio .... always need to have music!"

🏡 What is your favourite project? -"Demolition and brand new house builds."

Back to finish off a job we started about a year ago 👏🔨

The boys returned to get the finishing touches sorted after previously putting up the ceiling and wrapping the trusses in Redwood.

This time around, the boys finished it off with the scotia architraves and skirting. And it’s come together nicely! 👌

Always good seeing a project come full circle!

Aram is a hands-on kind of guy who enjoys being outdoors, getting stuck into the work and seeing a job come together from start to finish. With plenty of experience under his belt, he’s a great part of the Bromac crew!

It's time we introduced the crew behind the hi-vis.

Welcome to our *Meet the Team* series!
Over the next few weeks, we'll be introducing the people who make Bromac Construction what it is today.

First up This week's team member is the man who started it all - Shaun McMillan 👋
With 10+ years in the building industry previously working at Sullivan homes Te Awamutu, Shaun decided to take a leap and start Bromac Construction in 2023. The inspiration was - to create more time for his family while building something for his kids in the future.

What is your favourite part of the job? - "Getting back on the tools and working alongside the boys whenever I get the chance."

☕ Coffee or Energy Drink? -"Definitely a coffee guy."

🛠️ Favourite tool? - "The router – especially when it comes fine work."

🏡 What is your favourite project? -"The ones that make everyone else scratch their heads."

Dusk Projects got me in to create a bathroom, separate toilet + an external laundry, in this shed space for their client!

The clients had this amazing rough sawn Red Wood slab & they asked if I could turn this into their custom laundry bench.

What a beautiful piece of timber to work with 🙌🏼
