Well here is our last job for 2025 .

Our client asked us on the 2nd Dec to see if we could do this transformation of there existing kitchen in 3 weeks so that it was ready for there Christmas Lunch on the 25 th Dec .

We said yes not a problem as organisation is the key to get this completed in the available time and being the busy period for the end of the year .

The transformation consisted of new kitchen, electrical and plumbing works , plastering and painting, new laminated flooring , and tiled splash backs .

Thank you to all our team of sub contractors , suppliers and workers that made this happen at short notice , it’s Allways nice to come thru and produce another quality product for our clients .

Kitchen supplied by Labella kitchens in Howick .

Our latest bathroom , laundry , WC and dinning room renovation make over .

Has come up a treat and our client is super happy with the finished product .

A job we have just completed in Epsom.
Consisted of new partion fit out to make 2 rooms to the main area and a remodel to a service area .
We had a 2/3 week timetable to do this works and required a few other trades , plumbing,electrical,Fire Sprinklers, plastering and painting and floor coverings
Great to get it completed in time for our clients for them to move into 👌👌👌

New fence works

Installed these pre finished doors from China today .They came with the door , door Jamb, architraves to both sides of doors and door hardware including door stop .
Cost approximately 150.00 NZ dollars .

This is the future for door installation, hardware has been pre drilled to install on site , no painting .
No brainer really I mean a prehung door with jamb is approximately 150.00 as it is so the savings are definitely a positive 👌👌👌
