Ever wondered how cedar cladding is fixed to MegaForm ICF?

The 45mm castellated cavity battens are screwed directly into the plastic side rails using 75mm blue screws, creating a secure fixing point.

The cedar cladding is then fixed to the battens using Würth New Zealand ASSY®plus 4 A2 stainless steel screws, providing a clean, refined finish.

Strong. Simple. Built into the system.

This is a MegaForm insulated foundation designed to keep the warmth inside your home, where it belongs.

A traditional, non-insulated slab can be a major pathway for heat loss, with up to 80% of a home’s heat loss often attributed to the building envelope and poorly insulated areas.

With MegaForm, insulation is built into the foundation from the start creating a high performance, thermally efficient base for your home.

- Less heat loss.
- Better comfort.
- Lower heating demand.
- Built better from the ground up.

Built into the landscape.

Our Beacon Point project is built into the hillside, with expansive glass designed to capture the mountains, lake and surrounding landscape.

The dark framing reflects the natural surroundings, allowing the home to blend into its environment while making the view the centrepiece.

A home shaped by the landscape.
