💡One of the questions we get asked most often is...

How do you run services when using ICF?

The answer is simple we use a hot knife to neatly cut channels into the EPS polystyrene. This creates a clean pathway for electrical wiring and other services while leaving the reinforced concrete core completely untouched.

It's a fast, tidy process and just one of the many practical advantages of building with Insulated Concrete Formwork (ICF).

Set on rugged land formed by the ancient Clutha River / Mata-Au over thousands of years, this spectacular home is rising from a landscape of schist rock and river gravels a lasting reminder of the powerful natural forces that shaped this remarkable region. MegaForm’s latest addition to the bridge range is designed to make steel placement faster, easier, and more efficient on site.
Forming lintel beams is simple with MegaForm’s new lintel bridge, offering 30 mm and 100 mm steel spacing options to suit your design requirements.
Our 280 and 330 non-locking bridges allow horizontal reinforcement at 300 mm centres, giving you flexibility without compromising accuracy. Reinforcing can be quickly tied to links or stirrups, with plenty of room to work before the inner MegaForm panel is installed.
The result — faster installs, better workflow on site, and a system built to support both precision and productivity.
