After many months looking after Drury East Stage 1 Precinct, we finally saw the first section being cut in today.

Many more mower blades to spin with the future stages for SBM once the warm weather kicks in 😊

Fact of the day: Grass grows slower in winter months because of lower temperatures, shorter daylight hours and reduced soil warmth.

Flashback to April 2023, when most of the houses weren’t built in Arren Hills, and possibly before anyone had even thought of moving into the area.

It’s amazing how quickly the area is growing in Milldale!!!!
With the growth of stages comes the growth of Sideberms.

Feels like just yesterday Jaime and I turned the key of our Cub Cadets on stage 3 for the first time, to now running through stage 7b.

What a month!! The new Drury development has kicked off with the team busting their butts making a mess look like a golf course. On top of that, the always growing Milldale and Arran Hills is looking mint (in our opinion 😉). Proud of our team and the effort they put in 😊

We’ve been roaring through January, combining the other halves of our lives as well as taking on a couple of new legends who are raising the roof. Big welcome and thanks for joining us, Ethan and Dave, and look out 2026, it’s going to be a great year 😊

All finished up for the year 🎄 Time to switch off, celebrate Christmas, and enjoy the break.

Parkland Loop hill has had a fresh cut so now the families of Milldale can enjoy watching the kids racing their new bikes or drive their remote controls about the parks or street.

Merry Xmas from Luke and Jaime, and thanks for all the support you’ve given us over the past year and more.
