I believe it to be highly unacceptable that poorly wound string pegs, shoddy electrical work, and scratched finishes caused by cheap tools or recklessly threaded strings occur frequently at most retail music stores. Therefore I take strong measures to prevent any damage occurring to instruments while under my care.
