Rutter Civil Limited is looking for a motivated and hardworking Excavator Operator to join our high performing team based in the Clutha District.

What we offer:

About the role:
You’ll be working across a variety of projects including earthworks, drainage, rural and 3-waters infrastructure operating a range of modern GPS equipment.

What we’re looking for:
5+ years experience operating excavators & machinery
Reliable and safety-conscious
Quality focused
Physically fit and ready for hands-on work
Team player with a strong work ethic
Class 2/4 license or WTR endorsements are a bonus

📍 Based in Balclutha – work close to home with a supportive local company.
