Venetian stucco, also known as Venetian plaster,fresco or wall stucco, is a decorative coating that originated in Venice, Italy in the 15th century. It's made from a combination of lime, plaster, powdered marble, and natural pigments, and is known for its smooth texture, velvety shine, and resistance to humidity.

Venetian stucco is used to decorate interior walls and ceilings, and can be applied to a variety of surfaces. It's often used in high-end interiors, such as foyers, concert halls,feature walls . Venetian stucco can also be used to create a concrete effect finish for urban or industrial styles.

Fresco gives an elegance, depth, originality and sophistication to any wall, and when sanded and polished with Stucco Wax, its rich lustre reflects light like fine marble.

We are very proud to be a part of this project.
Located in the center of Devonport building, it has undergone almost complete transformation.
We performed all external painting and two floors internally . That includes this luxury apartment on the top and commercial ground floor. Both of them had a lot of major repairs done .
Everything from gib plastering , detailed skylights , internal pergolas , wallpaper repairs and general painting added complexity to this venture.

We came back to do more work at this beautiful property in Devenport . This time to take care of the garage gates .
Time , mould and the sun left their signs on aged timber .
Proper approach and focus on details to that kind of surfaces is a key .

We had the opportunity to transform this property throughout all 3 dwellings.

Fusion Decorative Ltd we are definitely a hands on company.

Transforming this little beauty back to a bold, modern day home again was a privilege as it had not been touched for decades.

Upgrading the Aluminum windows from the Green to Flaxpod was an essential part of the transformation.

As was the Roof, tying both colours together.

Painting is an artform, however a huge percentage of any successful job is the prep which is required prior to even starting the actually painting.

On this project we spent approx 2 weeks prepping before we could even start.

Definitely worth the effort and the results speak for themselves.

@ FD Fusion Decorative Ltd we had the opportunity to transform this house back into todays modern world.

The use of paint + quality finishes shows the simplicity of what paint can do to help transform any property.

This strong house was no exception where we repainted the Aluminum Joinery from Green to the stunning Flaxpod.
The roof was also painted with Flaxpod where the entire inside of the house was Alabaster except for the English Fireplace.
Adding the white to the Soffits added that elegance that our client was wanting to finish this master piece.
