New Year reflections ✨
2025 kept us busy, but it wasn’t without its challenges. Chasing work while welcoming our son into the world brought plenty of pressure, perspective, and late nights.
Like many small businesses, we felt uncertainty — yet we still made the hard calls: hiring, building a yard and office space, giving back to the community, and growing without waiting for perfect conditions.
While we didn’t win every job, staying true to our values meant we filled the pipeline with clients who genuinely trust us as people — clients who know we bring quality, transparency, an honest experience, and see the value in what we do.
The buzz of a signed contract.
The pride of growing a team.
And the quiet moments planning what’s next — sketching our own subdivision in the background — while our kids head to bed happy and well-fed.
Running a business built from the ground up can be relentless, but it’s deeply rewarding when the risks start to pay off.
