Elevate Homes Elevate Homes is an award-winning transportable home company based in the North Island of NZ.

These stunning architectural transportable pre-built homes are built in a controlled environment meaning a stress-free, faster build time and high-quality finish. The Elevate team offer 11 standard house models ranging from a compact 70m² home, up to a family friendly, four-bedroom house with dual living spaces - all of which are cleverly designed, spacious homes constructed and finished to a high and exacting standard. Mind you, with an in-house architectural and interior design team, there is no such thing as ‘standard’. An Elevate home incorporates the ideas, visions and house goals of each and every client with the end result, a beautifully bespoke home.

A quick zoom through a wee home with plenty of personality!

Based on our Elevate 70 one-bedroom design with covered deck, this home has some beautiful personal touches. A striking ‘Fold’ roofline, a cosy window seat, a cedar-lined outdoor entertaining area and clever storage throughout.

It’ll be home for our clients while their main house is built, then a guest house for family and friends. We suspect invitations to stay will be snapped up!

One Final Saturday to Visit Our Barn 154 Show Home!

Our much-loved Barn 154 show home has officially sold and will soon be heading to its forever location.

This Saturday is your final opportunity to explore it during a weekend open day. Come and wander through the warm, light-filled living spaces, experience the thoughtful layout and see the quality of an Elevate home for yourself.

“It’s just been painless.” 💛

Before their personalised Tilt 154 left our Cambridge yard for its new site in Raglan, we asked our lovely clients Sharon and Rob why they chose Elevate.

They wanted the freedom to make the home feel like them, the certainty of a fixed-price build, and the simplicity of having everything completed in one place. The result is a home their friends can’t believe is transportable, and one the family is already planning to enjoy all summer!

You’ve seen the highlights, now here’s the complete tour ✨

Designed by our in-house architectural team for a family and their Hobsonville site, this bespoke 206m² modular home allowed them to stay on their property and in the neighbourhood they love while their new home was built in our Cambridge yard. It also helped them avoid the cost and disruption of renting elsewhere for months during construction.

The home was built and completed as one, before being separated into two modules for the journey to Auckland and joined together again on site.

Inside, you’ll find generous living spaces, a private master wing and a beautiful collection of customised features, including a raked ceiling, an integrated custom-made dining table, a built-in bar, window seat, statement lighting and fully tiled bathrooms.

This 206m² modular home was designed specifically for a family and their Hobsonville site, with generous living spaces and a beautiful collection of customised features.
