These stunning architectural transportable pre-built homes are built in a controlled environment meaning a stress-free, faster build time and high-quality finish. and exacting standard. Mind you, with an in-house architectural and interior design team, there is no such thing as ‘standard’. An Elevate home incorporates the ideas, visions and house goals of each and every client with the end result, a beautifully bespoke home.

Take a tour through our latest completed home, a beautifully customised Tilt 154 designed as a coastal retreat in Raglan, for its Auckland owners.

At 154m², the home includes three bedrooms, two bathrooms and two separate living areas, with a generous open-plan kitchen, dining and living space at its heart.

The owners stayed close to our standard floor plan while adding thoughtful personal touches throughout. These include a built-in study nook, redesigned kitchen and concealed scullery and laundry, customised wardrobe storage, motorised blinds and a fabulous orange Pyroclassic fire.

Warm neutral tones, muted greens and earthy accents create a soft, relaxed feel, while polished Silestone surfaces and Abodo timber add to the home’s natural coastal character.

A standard plan doesn’t have to mean a standard home.

The owners of this Tilt 154 made a series of thoughtful changes to suit their lifestyle, from the built-in study nook and customised storage to that fabulous orange fire.

Small changes, thoughtfully considered, and a home that feels completely their own.

Thinking about building in Martinborough?

If wastewater constraints put your plans on hold, it may be time to start the conversation again.

South Wairarapa District Council has confirmed that building consent applications for new single dwellings can now progress through its two-stage process. This means an approved home can be constructed, with its onsite drainage capped until a wastewater solution is in place.

Depending on the individual property, an approved onsite wastewater treatment and disposal system may allow the home to be occupied before connections to the town wastewater network become available. This would require a site-specific design from a suitably qualified wastewater designer and approval through the building consent process.

Alternatively, the home could remain unoccupied until connections to the town wastewater network become available. Council has indicated that this is currently estimated for early 2027, although the timing is still to be confirmed and depends on the treatment plant upgrades being completed on schedule.

Every property and application will be assessed individually, but there’s now a pathway forward and a good reason to start planning.

Our in-house architectural team can help guide you through the home design and building consent process and work alongside the specialists required for your site.

Built as one. Delivered as two.

We’re often asked if Elevate homes can be modular. The answer is yes, they can be.

While our standard homes are designed to be delivered in one complete piece, we also design and build bespoke modular transportable homes when the client, site or access calls for it.

This home is currently being built in our Cambridge yard as one complete design, but it has been carefully planned so it can be separated into two pieces, transported to site, and joined back together again.

A smart option for tricky access, narrow roads, larger home footprints, or designs that need to be carefully positioned for sun, views and lifestyle.

Bespoke modular homes, designed for real sites.

Yard Yak | June 2026

There’s plenty taking shape in our Cambridge yard at the moment, with five homes currently under construction, each at a different stage of the build, and another three due to get underway over the next month or so.

From exterior cladding and roofing through to interior fit-off and final detailing, it’s a great snapshot of how much happens before an Elevate home ever arrives on site.

Swipe through for a quick look at what’s underway, including the model, build stage and when each home is due to leave the yard.

Our current show home has now sold, but final viewings are still available before it heads off. So if you’ve been meaning to pop in for a look through, or you’d like to check out some of the other homes currently under construction, you’re very welcome.
