We’ve officially launched Fowler Homes North Waikato, in partnership with Joe & Shelley from Fowler Homes Waikato — bringing a recognised brand and a wider range of home designs into the region.

🔵 Tunley Construction remains a big part of what we do — continuing to deliver the same quality, hands-on building and personalised service we’re known for so here as we have always been for your projects.

BATHROOM spotlight - we take our bathrooms seriously.

We wanted to showcase two different styles of bathroom that complement one another.

The family bathroom includes a deep white wall-to-back bath, a slim elongated subway tile - Cleo Bianco Gloss, a wood grain vanity, art deco style mirror with chrome tapware.

Our master ensuite has a slate fluted vanity, offset with a step-in white square tiled shower and a large oblong mirror.

We've chosen the same floor tile, chrome tapware, and paint to tie it all together 🎀

BEDROOM design - 2920 hours. That's roughly how many hours you sleep in a year.

Our newly opened show home has 3 bespoke bedrooms. We added an extension to the master suite, allowing our clients to find a quiet space in a comfy chair with a good book and cup of coffee. Or you could roll out a yoga mat, open the slider, and allow the sunshine in🌻 Check out the "princess pampering" makeup station in the walk-in wardrobe 💅

The additional rooms have built-in wardrobe systems, with one room incorporating a workstation 📝🛏

OPEN Plan Living - take a look at the open living, dining, and kitchen areas of our newly opened show home.

Open floor plans make the common areas feel larger, in this home the kitchen becomes the focal point, providing flow and connection to the covered outdoor living area.

Other design features include an office space, and the master bedroom suite behind the living, allowing future owners to happily live in one part of the home.
