Davies Homes Davies Homes is a locally owned, award winning designer and builder of beautiful homes throughout the Waikato. Showhome: 96 Hugo Shaw Drive, Cambridge.

Design Hub / Office: 59 Tangaroa Street, Cambridge. Davies Homes is able to meet the market head on with its state of the art facility to competitively design and build. With over ten years of design and build experience, Daniel has mastered the ability to turn a client's vision into on-screen visuals using the latest computer technologies. This gives the distinct advantage of enabling Daniel to offer his clients design and build packages tailored to meet specific requirements. From your initial meeting through to the design and build of your new home, you work closely with the owner of the company, Daniel Davies. Daniel's philosophy is rather straightforward: an open line of communication coupled with the bottom line of cost and build quality workmanship is nothing short of what each and every client deserves. Daniel has built his business around it!

This year we attended our first ever Waikato Home and Garden show, and we had a blast! It was fantastic being able to share what we love doing with so many new people, as well as networking with other professionals within the industry. Thank you to everybody who stopped by, both familiar faces and new.

We’ll be back again for the Home Show 2027! 🏡

No two Davies Homes are the same - because no two clients, sites or lifestyles are the same. Every home we build is custom designed from the ground up, thoughtfully shaped around the people who will live there and the unique characteristics of their section.

This new home design is an excellent example. The house is oriented to capture the expansive views with careful consideration given to key picture windows. Step-downs in the floor are utilised to follow both the view and the natural slope of the land. Outdoor living areas on both sides of the house provide multiple lounging options - whatever the sun or wind - and generous glazing on both sides ensure the landscape remains in sight in every setting.
