Rapid Electrical and Property Maintenance will be operating throughout the COVID-19 lockdown period of alert level 4, from 11:59pm Tuesday 17 August to respond to emergency/essential services call outs for residential & commercial clients.

Emergency response may cover work such as:
• The repair/replacement of hot water cylinder required for sanitation purposes.
• The repair or replacement of electrical installations where there is an immediate threat to human health and safety.

Emergency callout may need to be delayed or re-scheduled at a time following the lockdown period if anyone in the household is:

- experiencing any COVID-19 or flu-like symptoms
- been in contact with anyone who has COVID-19 or is a close contact; or
- has returned or been in contact with anyone from overseas in the last 30 days.
