Wishing you all a safe and enjoyable Christmas and New Year.
Its been a " full on" year with a variety of interesting projects keeping us all busy. To finish off the year we have put up our Xmas tree along with 19 others in St Paul's Anglican Church - just across the road- its a fundraiser and entry is an item of food for local food banks. Come along and get into the Xmas spirit.

This grand old lady suffered earthquake damage to its foundations and underground pipe work. We are delighted to be working on this house and giving it a new beginning. The lift begins to send it into the air so work can begin on new services and foundations. The builders have worked for several months deconstructing the inside, stripping out all the lath and plaster and adding supports to keep it strong. We will keep giving you updates on its progress. Today they lifted it by 10cm a huge job with such a large house.
