It’s all systems go at Rolleston College senior campus this week! The pre-wire of the new 2 story teaching block is well underway.

We’ve had a full crew down there all week finishing off the cable tray on the first floor and at the same time getting the ground floor wired and ready for pre-line inspection next week.

This build was just foundations a couple of months ago and has a very tight program to ensure everything is ready for the pupils to move in at the start of the new school year. We’re enjoying the challange though and looking forward to turning the lights on at this exciting, fast paced project!

It’s all systems go at “The Link” in Rolleston. Cable tray is up and the prewire has begun!

JRL are proud to be completing all the electrical and data work at The Link, wich will be Rollestons newest shopping parade. Among a number of new shops there will also be a gym and a restaurant! Exciting stuff for the Rolleston community!

A few of our team have been working down in Queenstown last week, pre-wiring and installing ducted heat pumps in the first 2 of 22 new build houses we have on the go down there…

Just a friendly reminder to ensure you give your heatpump filters a clean!

A simple vac of filters can be sufficient every 3-6months depending on how much you use it. Main thing to look out for are the fins on indoor and outdoor. If they look clogged with dirt / grime / mould it would pay to do a more invasive clean with a coil cleaner, scrub and rinse. This will help to maintain performance and the life of your system

This is from 2x filters, less than 6months on a ducted system!

We have spent the last few months in design meetings with the Ministry of Education, Architects, Engineers and Main Contractors to produce a full electrical design for Rolleston College's new teaching block.

Our final drawing set has now been produced, BIM 360 modeling has been completed and construction is now under way!

Foundations are going in at the moment and we are now looking forward to getting stuck into the construction phase of this project!

Some final finishing pictures from one of our latest projects, Hallmark Groups new manufacturing facility!

This was a design build project that we have been involved in over the last year. We carried out the Electrical, Data and HVAC from concept design, through to installation, commissioning and completion.
