After delays with ammendments of details through council, luckily we have had a prolonged period of settled weather, TPO is now down and the concrete tiles are no longer with 5 rib in its place, completely transforming this home. Exterior cladding of porch is the next task for this job

The leading cause of rotten timber joinery is unsealed edges and lack of maintenance. With no feasible replacements and a visual failed repair Detailed Finish Joinery and I setout to rebuild this window, we removed some of the additional sashes from the final design, as the owner wanted less opening windows to the south.
Rot repairs are far from glorious work and is time consuming, but now its back to its former glory

We have just completed a kitchen renovation for a returning client, transforming the space by utilizing a previously underutilized hot water cylinder cupboard and incorporating practical storage solutions. This allows the client to easily slide out the coffee machine for convenient use. Additionally, removing a wall between the lounge and kitchen area has enhanced the space's natural light and flow, creating a brighter and more modern living area.

I recently oversaw maintenance work on a property I built 10 years ago for a previous employer. The work, completed by WASP Plastering, included a fresh coat of paint and a new shelf texture coating for easier cleaning and water runoff. The Swiss Pearl cladding was also cleaned while the scaffold was up. Like any home, regular maintenance is necessary to keep it looking its best.

You may remember our clients that we reconfigured their office & kitchen and completed the plaster and paint in the weeks leading up to Christmas. Daniel and Vanessa, the owners of this property, Daniel also does all our joinery at Detailed Finish Joinery, has completed the final touches of his family's own kitchen. 1st image is the only time when a concrete tile roof is a benefit, lift a couple of tiles and slide the beam in. Holding the concrete tiles and roof framing up is the fun part while you install the beam. The reveal of the space will come in a couple of weeks
