Back at Evans Pass! 👷‍♂️

Last week, the Feary Group team stepped away from the tools and spent the day at Christchurch City Libraries focusing on health and wellbeing 🌏 🏃‍♀️

The day featured insightful presentations from Synergy Health, The Good Yarn, and WorkRide, who shared practical knowledge and strategies to support both physical and mental wellbeing.

Brad Norris also introduced the team to "The Toolbox"—our new wellness app designed to give staff easy access to support services, health and wellbeing resources, and tools to track their overall wellbeing.

In an industry where looking after yourself is just as important as looking after the job, investing in the health and wellbeing of our people helps build a stronger, healthier team for the long term.
