Friday was a busy one for the KAD team, with not one but TWO brand new homes handed over in Rolleston and Lincoln. 🏡🔑

First up, Helena & Andrew and their gorgeous new Rolleston home. Based on our Cloudy Bay plan, its efficient footprint makes the most of every square metre, with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, an open-plan kitchen and a generous walk-in pantry.

The couple also added a compact but seriously toasty Serene Wood Box, complete with a beautiful boxed chimney outside.

Over in Lincoln, Jenni & Erik made the most of their Earlsbrook site with a generous 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home featuring two living areas and a 3-car garage.

The bespoke kitchen in Melteca Borders Oak is an absolute standout, while the combination of Shoreline brick and cedar is a definite winner!

A couple of weeks ago, we had the pleasure of handing over this new 4-bedroom beauty in Lincoln to our clients, Hayden (Dig) & Monique.

Hayden leads the team at Fast Track, who take care of the dig outs and groundwork on all our new builds, so we were honoured to take on the task of their new family home.

Back at the end of 2023, we completed this impressive 405m² architectural build for clients Lara & Steve in Lincoln.

Recently, James Hardie got in touch to profile the project, which features two of their products: Oblique Weatherboard on the exterior and Hardie Groove lining in the alfresco ceiling.

And what a home it is. From Australian hardwood beams, striking schist and one beautifully bespoke kitchen, this home takes quality and craftsmanship to another level.

We're rapt to see it featured by James Hardie, as well as gracing the pages of NZ House & Garden, recognition it thoroughly deserves.

It's all go out in Ryelands! 🏡

Four recent handovers meant we've spent plenty of time over the past week in Darfield, handing over the keys to these brand new homes in the Ryelands subdivision.

From bold dark grey brick to classic red brick and the ever-popular Whitehaven brick, each home has been personalised by its owners. Whether it was choosing colours, fixtures and fittings or customising one of our plans to better suit their lifestyle, no two homes are quite the same.

We love seeing all those tough decisions (so many choices! 😂) come together on handover day.
