This month, we're shining the spotlight on Mia, our Sales & Service Coordinator, who has now been with the Oasis team for 5 weeks.
In a relatively short time, Mia has already made a fantastic impression on everyone around her. She has approached her role with enthusiasm, professionalism, and a genuine eagerness to learn, quickly becoming a valued member of the team.
What has stood out most is Mia's forward-thinking attitude and her willingness to ask all the right questions. She isn't afraid to dig deeper to understand processes, identify opportunities, and find the best way to support both our customers and the wider team. Her proactive approach and commitment to continuous improvement align perfectly with the values we strive for at Oasis.
